Zoofari!!

The kids loved it! They got to learn where continents are on the globe. They also got to touch the snake if they wanted to. Neither of my kids wanted to. :)

Good News!

Guess what!!! I got a email from David's dietician. I asked her when David would be able to get his g tube out. She said usually 3-6 months. With David she thinks he will be closer to 3 months.
AWESOME!!

After all that fun Alfred took the boys to stay the night with him and the girls.
How awesome is that!

Bumpus Reunion

So my side of the family is in charge of planning and running Bumpus Reunion this year. So I have been working on a flyer, and the games. We are planning on doing a Minute to Win it. I think it could be a really fun time. I went to print out some games to take for people to pick from. I am not sure what ones to pick there are so many. Anyone have any favorites?

Big Boy David!

So David is off all "tube food" he hasn't asked for any tube food in days. He is doing awesome. He is at 45.4 pounds. He really hasn't lost much at all. I promised him if he eats all big boy food and no tube food than we will go see Cars 2. He is so excited!

David's Progress

So David weighed 45.6 on Friday when I weighed him. 46 on Saturday. Today he weighed 45.6. Not bad considering we are down to one feeding a day. He is eating really well. He still loves yogurt but he has been brave and is starting to try some new things. He ate part of a cheese sandwich last night and some spaghetti O's. He used to just refuse and go back to playing. I think he knows if he doesn't eat his tummy will be hungry. It is a simple thought, but before he always had a back up. Like I don't want to eat and Mommy will feed me Tube Food later. I am so happy with his progress he is making. I am really hopeful it last through the summer and keeps improving.
