David was walking in grass

David has been walking on flat surfaces like concrete, porches, or inside the house. Today he just apparently decided he was ready for grass. So he just went down the stairs off the deck by himself and started playing! Yep climbed up the slide and went down. Walked all around the back yard. He did hit the opposite side of his head so he will have another bruise on his forehead tomorrow. I am so proud of him! I never thought we would reach this goal this soon! WOW!

He was going so fast.
down we go

Couple Photos from VBS

They look so similar. I never thought that till now.

Last night of VBS

Yesterday was the last night of Vacation Bible School. David loved almost every night. The first night was rough but after that is was awesome for him. Adam went every night but last night. Right before we were suppose to leave he burnt his middle and ring finger on the stove top. So Grandma Sue came and picked up David. When they got there and VBS started David pooped his whole outfit. Then he came home after VBS and I was feeding him and telling these two little girls how he eats and all the sudden he fell down and yanked out his feeding tube. It was still inflated. So I am sure it hurt pretty bad. I laid him down flat and ran for the supplies. Got it back in with out much trouble, but I think from now on he will sit in a chair at feeding time. I think David will miss VBS. I think he loved the music the best. When I got home from VBS I showed Adam his pillow case they made and he said I MADE IT! I said yeah and you did good job! He was so proud of himself. I think he will love preschool when the time comes. Anyway I hope to get a few pictures of the boys posted on here today. Keep my Mom in your prayers she is taking care of the boys from Monday until Wednesday afternoon!

David did great!

David had his 3rd set of ear tubes put in today. He came out of the anesthetic about the same as the last few times. Screaming and flailing. He is doing well sleeping in my bed.

The chickens and turkey

We had chickens and a turkey but they kept getting out. So today we "cleaned" them. It was so gross. I was gonna take pictures of the adventure but I didn't want to have to look at it all to take pictures. Don't worry the boys were not outside near the pen and all the feathers and yuck.

Saturday

The boys went with Aman and Ben to a tractor pull. They were there most of the day. They left before noon and got home 7:30 pm. They had a good time watching Aman pull the tractor. Aman didn't place but said he learned a few things. The boys got a little sun. They came home looking a bit pink.

I got to spend the day with my friend Angela. We did whatever we wanted and made sure to go a few places the kids wouldn't normally be able to go with us . We spent the whole day out. We left at 8 and I didn't get home till after dinner time.

I think we all had a great day.

Yeah David!!

The boys first movie was great

They went to see Madagascar 2. Adam and David did fine! Adam even took time to go pee pee during the movie! How awesome is that! Anyway, after we got out of the theater we got in the car and Marcus (my friends little boy) realized I had a flat tire. I am very thankful he did cause it would have taken me a little bit probably to hear or feel it was flat. I called Aman and Dad to help fix it. Angela and her boys stayed with me while we waited. The trip was definitely memorable. :)

Aman right as the stud for the tire broke.

Welcome

This is the new address for the blog. I decided to move it to help better control who visits. I didn't want to go back to private setting where you had to enter passwords. I am flattered that you all care enough about us to try and stay in contact by checking on us on the blog. I hope the move isn't too much of a hassle for you all.

Thanks
Becky
